This development is located 10 minutes from the city centre and is fully within Gweru city limits. Therefore this would mean that when you purchase one of the plots (shown below) you will receive full title deeds and are therefore free to use the land either to build your new dream home, farming or even further subdivision.

As shown on the map, the project is adjacent to Thornhill Airbase on Mvuma road just before Harben Park. Therefore this land is in a prime location, endowed with red soils (see above photo), flat savanna grass lands and an underground lake (easy to sink boreholes).
